AND THEY’RE OFF – Gary Goldstein of Los Angeles Times praised the cast and wrote: “Like the best spoofs much of the movie’s gold comes by way of its fleeting bits and throwaway lines. Veteran TV director Rob Schiller… manages the mayhem smartly and nimbly preserving the random joys of Alan Grossbard’s clever script while allowing his agile cast ample room to play… Schiller knows just where to cut for maximum comic effect…”

HITLER THE RISE OF EVIL – David Wiegand of  San Francisco Chronicle asserted: “(Robert) Carlyle forces
us to pay attention every second he is onscreen and to remain aware of his dominating presence even when he is
not. With eyes both lifeless and mad, spittle forming on his mouth when he winds himself up to a frenzy in his
speeches, and holding his body at rigid attention, Carlyle delivers the goods.”

THE PIXAR STORY – Andrea Chase of Killer Movie Reviews noted: “There is nothing short of a giddy delight in watching the fine folks who founded Pixar living out their dreams in ways much larger than even they could ever have imagined. It covers all the usual ups and downs of any showbiz story but Pixar is not just any show biz entity, and the documentary by Leslie Iwerks does a whiz-bang job of showing not just why that is but also why this little studio turns out such consistently dazzling films.”

THE HAND BEHIND THE MOUSE: THE UB IWERKS STORY – the documentary had its premiere week at the historic El Capitan Theater in Hollywood. Charles Solomon of Los Angeles Times wrote that the film “…offers viewers a rare look at one of the unsung giants of animation and film technology.” Variety described it as “…a finely crafted, handsome documentary.”

THE MATING HABITS OF THE EARTHBOUND HUMAN – the mockumentary received a rave review from Film Threat critic Merle Bertrand who termed it an “…ingenious and hysterical satire…a winner!”

DOG’S BEST FRIEND – a Hollywood Reporter  critic described the cable movie as “endearing…and truly something for the entire family.”

OUT THERE – Arion Berger of L.A. Weekly concluded “…OUT THERE has fun with its hipster-trash version of the bland face of evil.” Hollywood Reporter said “…this sci-fi comedy film is a good-natured chuckle-a-minute cable made-for that is a pleasure to watch.” Variety stated the film has “…a similar feel to REPO MAN.”

976-EVIL – Charles Tatum at eFilmCritic.com opined: “…the young cast is up to the task, and Sandy Dennis is a scream. If you have read my reviews before, you know how much I hate “funny” horror villains, but here the film is an over the top comedy, so the humor works.”

SUMMER SCHOOL – Rita Kempley of The Washington Post commented “The star student is Dean Cameron, making his frenetic feature debut as Francis (Chainsaw) Gremp, a slasher movie fan said to have the “IQ of a salad bar.” With the help of his best buddy (Gary Riley), a veritable Siamese twin, Chainsaw stages the attack of the flesh-eating bunnies and the movie’s memorable classroom massacre. (Blood and guts courtesy of latex Wunderkind Rick Baker, who created the “Star Wars” bar scene.)”
